Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using IIDB (“Internet Influencer Database,” the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use IIDB. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• You may not create multiple accounts or impersonate another person
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

User-Generated Content

IIDB allows users to submit reviews, create lists, and contribute other content. By submitting content to IIDB, you:

• Grant IIDB a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with the Platform
• Represent that you own the content or have the right to submit it
• Agree that your content does not infringe on any third-party rights
• Retain ownership of your original content

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post defamatory, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory content
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent reviews or information
• Attempt to manipulate ratings, rankings, or search results
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from IIDB without written permission
• Use automated systems (bots, scripts) to interact with the Platform without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure or security
• Circumvent or disable any security features or access controls
• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws

Influencer Data

IIDB aggregates publicly available information about internet influencers from public platforms and sources. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee the completeness or correctness of any influencer profile data. Influencer profiles on IIDB are informational and do not imply endorsement or affiliation. Influencers who wish to claim or update their profile may do so through our verification process.

Intellectual Property

The IIDB name, logo, design, and all original content created by IIDB are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from IIDB's proprietary content without written permission.

Third-Party Links and Services

IIDB may contain links to third-party websites, social media platforms, and external services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these external sites. Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their respective terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

IIDB IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IIDB AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR REPUTATION, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IIDB and its operators from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any user-generated content at our sole discretion. We may take action against accounts that repeatedly violate our guidelines, including warnings, content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent termination.

Privacy

Your use of IIDB is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in King County, Washington.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
