Stretch S.H.P. is a comedian and host of 'Cityscape A Comedy Show' in Los Angeles. A recurring presence in the early years of 'Kill Tony' (Episodes 81, 83, 88), he is known for his sharp wit and self-described persona as a 'Professional Black Dad' and 'Husband Extraordinaire!'.
