Willie Hunter
Commonly known as 'Iron Willie Hunter', Willie Hunter is a comedian, writer, and actor who co-created and executive produced 'The Carmichael Show'. He started as a doorman at The Comedy Store and has been a guest on Kill Tony since its early episodes, notably appearing in Episode 48.

Sara Mostajabi
Sara Mostajabi (1985–2022) was the first regular on "Kill Tony," appearing from the show's inception. A comedian of Persian descent, she was also an avid video game developer and voice actor. Her early presence helped establish the "Kill Tony" regular format, and she appeared in numerous early episodes including #16, #20, and #24.

Rodney Yarbrough, performing as Lil Brough, is a comedian and host of the 'FRFR Radio & Podcast Show'. Often called the 'Talk of New York', he was a frequent performer on early episodes of Kill Tony.
Omid Singh
Omid Singh is a Los Angeles-based stand-up comedian known for his multicultural background (Iranian and Indian). He has performed at the New York Comedy Festival, appeared in the film 'Argo' (2012), and is a regular at The Comedy Store. He made his first appearance on 'Kill Tony' in Episode 12 (2013) and has been a frequent guest and performer in the LA comedy scene.

Michael Lenoci
Michael Lenoci is a stand-up comedian and actor based in Los Angeles. He was selected for the Just For Laughs New Faces showcase in 2017 and has appeared on 'The Mick' (FOX) and the 'Goatface Comedy Special' (Comedy Central). He hosts the 'We Should Date' podcast and released his debut special 'Take Your Time' in 2024. He first appeared on 'Kill Tony' in Episode 12.
Carlos de Jesus

Tommy Lee
Tommy Lee (often called 'Mr. Japan') is an Australian comedian and former Japanese TV personality who appeared on five early episodes of 'Kill Tony' in 2013 (Episodes #3 through #7). He gained fame in Japan as a radio DJ and television star before returning to Australia. He is currently a Perth-based stand-up comedian and marketing specialist.
Eddy Alvin
Eddy Alvin appeared as a bucket pull on 'Kill Tony' Episode 12 in 2013. While his fellow performers on that episode, such as Omid Singh and Michael Lenoci, went on to have successful comedy careers, Eddy Alvin has not maintained a prominent public presence or active social media following in the comedy industry since his early appearance.
