Sara Mostajabi
Sara Mostajabi (1985–2022) was the first regular on "Kill Tony," appearing from the show's inception. A comedian of Persian descent, she was also an avid video game developer and voice actor. Her early presence helped establish the "Kill Tony" regular format, and she appeared in numerous early episodes including #16, #20, and #24.

Kim Congdon
Kim Congdon is a stand-up comedian, writer, and podcaster based in Austin, Texas, known for her bold, quick-witted comedy and sharp writing. She is best known as one of the first Kill Tony podcast regulars. She has appeared on major platforms including Netflix, MTV, Comedy Central, Impractical Jokers, and The Joe Rogan Experience. Behind the scenes, Kim has written for Impractical Jokers and The Roast of Tom Brady. On the mic, she co-hosts the hit podcast 'This Bitch' with fellow comedian Sara Weinshenk, and also hosts her solo show 'The Kim Congdon Takeover', where she dives into everything from personal stories to pop culture with her signature unfiltered style. Jeffrey Michael 'Jeff' MacKinnon is a comedian, actor, and writer who appeared on 'Kill Tony' Episode 21. Born in Englewood, CO, he is known for his debut comedy album 'Bring Me to Your Mother' (2011) and for being a founding member of the 'Hot Ice! Sketch Comedy' group. He has also been a finalist in various comedy contests like the Stand-Up Comedy Battles.

Sara Weinshenk is a prominent Los Angeles-based stand-up comedian and writer who served as one of the original 'regulars' on Kill Tony. She made her first appearance on Episode 16 in 2013 and became a series regular starting with Episode 17. She hosts the podcasts 'SHENK' and 'This Bitch' (with Kim Congdon).
