Sara Mostajabi (1985–2022) was the first regular on "Kill Tony," appearing from the show's inception. A comedian of Persian descent, she was also an avid video game developer and voice actor. Her early presence helped establish the "Kill Tony" regular format, and she appeared in numerous early episodes including #16, #20, and #24.

Kim Congdon
Kim Congdon is a stand-up comedian, writer, and podcaster based in Austin, Texas, known for her bold, quick-witted comedy and sharp writing. She is best known as one of the first Kill Tony podcast regulars. She has appeared on major platforms including Netflix, MTV, Comedy Central, Impractical Jokers, and The Joe Rogan Experience. Behind the scenes, Kim has written for Impractical Jokers and The Roast of Tom Brady. On the mic, she co-hosts the hit podcast 'This Bitch' with fellow comedian Sara Weinshenk, and also hosts her solo show 'The Kim Congdon Takeover', where she dives into everything from personal stories to pop culture with her signature unfiltered style. Melanie Baldonado
Melanie Baldonado is a stand-up comedian, actress, and 'model' originally from Oxnard, California. Known for her clean comedy and energetic stage presence, she is the host of 'The Answer Me Love Podcast.' She appeared as a contestant on Kill Tony #34 (January 2014) at the Comedy Store Belly Room.

Bo Scott
Bo Scott is a stand-up comedian who first appeared on Kill Tony in Episode 21 and made a notable return nine years later in Episode 575. His return performance featured a joke about his dog and a rabbit that was famously critiqued for its striking similarity to a scene from the movie 'Dickie Roberts.'

Mike Stanley
Mike Stanley is a Detroit-born, Chicago-based stand-up comedian. Named 'Best Chicago Stand-up Comedian' by various outlets, he was a guest/bucket comedian on the first-ever episode of 'Kill Tony'. He has released several albums including 'Shiner' and 'Tough Luck, Chump,' and appeared in the Prime Video series 'Standup Journeymen'.

Scott Kidd
Born in New Iberia, Louisiana, Scott Kidd is a Hollywood-based comedian with over 20 years of experience. He was an early contributor to 'The Roast Battle' and 'Kill Tony' and is a member of the longest-running show at the World Famous Comedy Store. He also hosts 'The Solo Podcast.'

Sara Weinshenk is a prominent Los Angeles-based stand-up comedian and writer who served as one of the original 'regulars' on Kill Tony. She made her first appearance on Episode 16 in 2013 and became a series regular starting with Episode 17. She hosts the podcasts 'SHENK' and 'This Bitch' (with Kim Congdon).
